All it took was two glasses of wine to send Lucille Gatchell, 64, into a tizzy, nearly killing star Sandra Bullock and hubby Jesse James.

Gatchell pleaded not innocent when charged with DUI.

"Dazed and confused," the arresting officer described her condition.

"Mrs. Gatchell is very relieved no one was injured in the accident," said her attorney Benjamin Richard. 

"She also wants to extend her gratitude to Ms. Bullock and Mr. James for the concern they showed to her at the time of the accident.

"She said, 'My first drunk driving and I hit Sandra Bullock!' "

Wonder if her Speed exceeded 55 M.P.H.?
