"I want to be with him!
I want my boy! Oh my
God! How could this have
happened?"
The Bold and the Beautiful star
Hunter Tylo poured out her grief
after learning her 19-year-old son
was found dead in her swimming
pool.
The distraught actress was so
traumatized she was put in a
72-hour psychiatric lockdown after
kicking at and cracking the window
of a police car rushing her to a Los
Angeles hospital, The ENQUIRER
has learned.
Michael Tylo was found fully
clothed in the pool at Hunter's
Las Vegas-area home just before
midnight Oct. 18. He is believed
to have suffered
a seizure
before falling
into the water,
and the Clark
County (Nev.)
coroner's office
listed his death
as an accidental
drowning.
"Hunter was
absolutely
devastated after receiving the
phone call that is every parent's
nightmare," a family friend told
The ENQUIRER.
"She practically collapsed. She
was sobbing. Someone got through
to her therapist, who insisted
Hunter admit herself to a hospital.
"When Hunter refused, the
therapist did what he felt was a
life-saving measure — he called the
police.
"Doctors medicated her, and
after a few minutes, she calmed
down.
"A day later, she was taken to
Thalians, the psychiatric ward
at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
She could not stop crying."
Meanwhile, a coroner's spokesman
confirmed that
Michael, who
suffered from
a seizure disorder,
had a
convulsion
and then
fell into
the pool.
He had no
history of
drug abuse,
but standard
procedures
call for toxicology
tests, and the
results should be
available within a few
weeks.
