A lawsuit has been filed against Hulk Hogan, his soon-to-be ex-wife Linda and their son Nick Hogan stemming from Nick's August 2007 car crash.

The father of John Graziano, a passenger in Nick's car, is suing for unspecified damages, according to court documents.

Graziano, a former Marine, suffered serious head injuries from the car wreck and his family says he will require medical care for the rest of his life.

Graziano's father, Peter Musante, charges Hulk, whose real name is Terry Bollea, should be held legally responsible for his son's accident. In the suit, Musante claims Nick was racing cars and his parents were aware of it. The suit also says Hulk purchased alcohol the day of the accident.
