HEIDI & SPENCER: SECRET HOME?

The bad blood was flowing between "Hills" star LAUREN CONRAD and shameless sweethearts SPENCER PRATT and HEIDI MONTAG at the LG/ "Scarlet" party at the Pacific Design Center on April 28.

Lauren was overheard asking: "Who let those famewhores in here?"

LC's former "Laguna Beach" foe KRISTIN CAVALLARI had some sage advice for Lauren: "Just ignore them."

Despite the bad vibes, Spencer and Heidi seemed to have a blast at the bash.

At one point, Heidi mentioned to Spencer they should return to the upscale Pacific Design Center when they were ready to decorate "their house."

Huh? Could that be a spoiler?
