NO WEDDING BELLS FOR LOCKLEAR

HEATHER LOCKLEAR just got a surprise marriage proposal from hunky "The Bold and the Beautiful" boyfriend JACK WAGNER - and here's her surprising answer: "NO!" Said a source close to the star: "Heather's excuse to Jack was that she wants to concentrate on her child and her career, but she's got other reasons for not wanting to take a repeat trek down the aisle after her nasty divorce from RICHIE SAMBORA - who romanced DENISE RICHARDS, her ex-BFF. Heather's also well aware of Jack's past reputation with women, and how that affected his failed marriage to ex-wife KRISTINA WAGNER. In short, she doesn't want to get hurt by a man again." Sources say Jack was shocked by the turndown, but quickly shrugged it off. "He thinks she just needs more time," said the source.
