HAYDEN GIVES MILO A B-DAY TREAT

Hottie HAYDEN PANETTIERE cheered up “Heroes” co-star/reallife love interest MILO VENTIMIGLIA with an unforgettable birthday surprise on the set of their hit series, morphing from bouncy cheerleader to bump-and-grind stripteaser – with an emphasis on the “tease!”

Giggly Hayden got wardrobe gals to whip up a whip-it-off, Velcro-tacked version of the cheerleader outfit she wears on the show, then staged a birthday ambush as the cast finished lunch.

Bopping up to Milo singing “Happy Birthday” as the crowd cheered her on, the 18-year-old blonde cutie stunned Honey & The Gang when she suddenly ripped off her sis-boom-bah costume – and revealed sexy red lingerie that made her look like hot-frosted birthday cake! YUM!

Red was the color of Milo’s face as hubbahubba Hayden capped her vamp with a lusty hug and kiss to cheers and a standing ovation.
