Daniel Giersch, lawyer, Fahi Takesh tells RadarOnline.com, "These fabricated accusations are intended to harm Daniel's reputation. He will remain focused on co-parenting both of their children and not make any personal comments, in order to continue to protect the children's need for privacy and well-being.

The Gossip Girl star who's been embroiled in a bitter war for months with Giersch claimed ollowed her, her mother and nanny, and the judge agreed and he must stay at least 100 yards away from them.
