30 Rock star Tracy Morgan was busted early this morning in New York City for drunk driving, TMZ.com reports. He was pulled over in the Bronx after police noticed Morgan “was unable to maintain a position in a lane of traffic,” according to the police report. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
