N’SYNC STAR SUED BY 15-YEAR OLD FAN

Fifteen year old Danielle McGuire has filed a lawsuit against N’Sync’s Justin Timberlake claiming intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.

According to Mcguire’s attorney, John Wallach, the incident occurred at the Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis Missouri where the young fan had gone with her mother to be among hundreds of fans to meet the wildly popular boy-of-five band in the hotel lobby.

When every member of the band, but Justin, talked with fans McGuire shouted “I like JC better anyway, he’s cuter!”

McGuire, says she was later approached by a security guard who told her to follow him upstairs, but did not allow her to tell her mother where she was going.

The suit also alleges that Justin then met with her in the hotel, backed her up against a wall and proceeded to yell at her.

“He was right in her face,” Wallach said, “saying things over and over again.”

News anchor Randy Jackson was finally allowed upstairs after security had barred the way for McGuire’s mother. According to Jackson, Justin was “yelling at McGuire” when he approached them. Justin limped away when he saw the newsman, saying his leg hurt.

Wallach has said that N’Sync’s lawyers “were not interested” when he and McGuire tried to resolve the matter quietly.

If the suit goes to court a jury will determine damages.
