Nicole Richie is fighting rumors that she is in a rehabilitation facility to treat an eating disorder. Richie called into Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show and posted a message on her MySpace page disputing the claim which appeared on CNN. “Contrary to CNN’s false accusations, I did not check myself into an eating disorder rehab,” Richie posted on MySpace. “I don’t know why or how this rumor started, but I am home, in LA, and very happy. I do not have an eating disorder, and I don’t know how many times I have to say it. I’ve repeated myself so many times, I feel like a broken record. Whoever started this rumor is evil and mean, but it’s not true. I am happy, and healthy, and living my life.” On Seacrest’s show, Richie said she does feel like she is too skinny and said she is trying to gain weight. Nicole told Ryan she lost weight because she had mono. Nicole also said she doesn’t know how much she weighs because she doesn’t own a scale but that her jeans size is 0.
