Ouch! Newlywed Michael Douglas reportedly settled out of court with the man who claimed one of his testicles was destroyed after the actor had unlucky shot on a golf course last year.
James Parker, a caddy at the Elmwood Country Club in White Plains, New York sued Douglas for a whopping $115 million last year after the actor allegedly misfired the excruciating shot. The impact of the ball ruptured one of his testicles, which later had to be removed.
Douglas swore the ball wasn’t his and that it came from another golfer. The actor ended up settling out of court a day before the case went to trial. No numbers have been revealed, although one source claims it was in the low millions.
