Guests at Madonna’s upcoming wedding best not forget to wear underwear — she’s insisting that security check under each and every kilt to make sure no cameras get in!
The Material Girl is tightening security to the max to ensure the paparazzi are nowhere in sight when she marries director Guy Ritchie this Friday, and no stone, or kilt, will be left unturned. She’s gone out of her way not to have a repeat of her 1985 wedding to Sean Penn, remembered mainly for the many helicopters hovering above rather than the actual vows.
“Madonna’s bodyguards are a pretty hard-bitten bunch,” one source said. Police also say, “nothing would be off-limits.”
Among the guests in attendance are Sir Elton John and Sting, both of whom will give musical performances. Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is slated to be maid of honor.
