Football star Emmitt Smith was crowned the winners of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars Wednesday night along with partner Cheryl Burke. The dancing duo beat out Mario Lopez and his partner. “It is awesome!,” Smith said of his win. “We came a long way, we really have.” Burke, who won the competition last season with Drew Lachey, praised Smith’s dedication. “From the beginning, he just wanted to be the best possible dancer he can be,” she said.
