Politico prankster JON STEWART pushes the envelope with spoof Twitter account "@gayobama" detonating the social networking platform as the internet implodes with controversy.
He’s "half-black, half-white, and all SAMANTHA!" as Twitter overnight sensation, @gayobama, amassed thousands of followers after Jon Stewrat proclaimed it to the world on his Comedy Central Daily Show last night.
Stewart quipped on the show, "The President’s stand against gay marriage has long frustrated gay Obama followers."
Stewart was reffing President Obama’s decision earlier that the Justice Department would no longer enforce the Defense of Marriage Act from1996.
Steward quickly clarified, "By which I mean, gay Democrats, not followers of GayObama, my parody Twitter feed."
Within minutes the page went from zero to over 3,000 followers, as Stewart predicted it would.
Meanwhile, President Obama has yet to Tweet comment.
