One day they're on, the next day they're off. But PAM ANDERSON and her poker-playing hubby RICK SALOMON were definitely ON when we saw them making out at the Chateau Marmont on Feb. 8. Pam looked trashed as she drank heavily from a wine glass all night, while Rick looked like a scrub in sweats and a baseball cap. They were both loud and obnoxious — a perfect match!
