NICK & VANESSA: PARTING WAYS?

We partied with NICK LACHEY in Las Vegas and discovered that he and VANESSA MINNILLO are not inseparable - in fact we're wondering if they are going their separate ways soon! Nick, WILMER VALDERRAMA and NICKY HILTON were at LAX Nightclub at the Luxor on Nov. 30 to help open their restaurant, Company American Bistro, in the hotel. Vanessa was nowhere in sight but Nick was the perfect host - courteous to all of his fans, who were screaming and trying to shake his hand and take his pic. When Nick settled at an enormous table, the drinks began flowing and Nick behaved very much like a single man. He was seated between two hot blondes and seemed into both of them. After partying until about 2 a.m., Nick exited the club with the girls.
