VROOOM! VROOOM! BUSTED!

Druggie bust for ex-NASCAR great JEREMY MAYFIELD as cops charge him with possession of methamphetamine AND stolen goods.

Mayfield, 42, was collared after North Carolina police searched his home with a warrant, discovering 1.5 grams of meth and $100,000 worth of stolen goods, court records from the Catawba County Sheriff's Office revealed.

AP reported that investigating detectives said the alleged stolen merch which included welding equipment, truck parts and scrap metal – came from several local businesses.

Mayfield, had been suspended indefinitely from NASCAR in 2009 for violating the organization’s substance abuse policy after he was caught using meth in a drug test.

In a series of failed legal challenges to his suspension, Mayfield claimed his positive test was because of a mix of ver-the-counter allergy meds and the prescription drug Adderall.

NASCAR didn't buy it.

After going through police booking, Mayfield posted $3,000 bond. He is expected in court later today to enter a plea.

His attorney maintains his client’s innocence in all charges brought by NC police.
