"Desperate Housewives" beauty EVA LONGORIA PARKER makes sure NBA star/hubby TONY PARKER does his play-making on the court ONLY – by keeping him on a tight cell phone lockdown.
"Eva brags that she knows what Tony is up to 24/7," a friend says.
"He calls her within an hour after games, and if he plans on going out with his teammates, she knows where and who he’s with, and he checks in regularly. She has him pretty well-trained!"
Another pal confides: "She’d go stark raving mad if she couldn’t keep tabs on him – luckily, Tony is pretty understanding."
