Who knew reality TV could be such a hazard to your health? American Idol's David Cook and Dancing With The Stars pro Derek Hough both had to be taken to the hospital on Tuesday!

Cook, 25, started to feel heart palpitations as Idol wrapped. He was taken to the hospital and later in the evening. Cook was reportedly treated for high blood pressure caused by stress. Perhaps the rocker was worried about his brother, who is battling cancer.

Meanwhile, Hough sought treatment for a minor neck injury which he suffered during rehearsals for DWTS. He was released from the hospital but did not participate in the professionals' showcase on Tuesday night.
