Denise Richards' reality show has been axed by E.

Denise, whose battles with ex-Charlie Sheen became the stuff of legend, is the latest casualty of the reality show backlash. 

After fighting with Charlie to get their daughters to appear on her show Denise Richards: Its Complicated, the show turned out to be less than stellar.

"The numbers started out pretty good - just over 1.5 million tuned in for the premiere episode," a source revealed.  "But the audience has dropped off." 

"Dropped off" - as in falling asleep out of sheer boredom.

Now with Charlie and Brooke expecting, expect a Denise meltdown any second.
