Mia Landingham killed her live-in boyfriend Mikal Middleton-Bey – by SITTING on him!
Mikal weighed a slight 120 pounds – while Mia is estimated to weigh upward of 350! “It sounds unbelievable – but she squashed him to death,” said prosecutor Mahmoud Awadallah of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
“She outweighed him by at least 230 pounds, and he made the mistake of getting into a violent domestic dispute with her. She punched him on the nose, making him bleed, and he fought back. So she knocked him to the floor, sat on him and called 911.
“By the time the police got there, Mikal was dead.”
The bizarre death-by-flattening happened last year in Cleveland. “The couple had a history of domestic violence. Two years before the death there was an almost identical battle when Mia knocked him down and sat on him to restrain him while she dialed 911,” said Awadallah.
“She told police on the phone that her boyfriend had been beating on her and she was sitting on him to prevent him from hitting her some more. In the background the dispatcher could hear Mikal’s muffled cries for help.”
