After watching the shocking video exclusive of Joe Francis attacking Jayde Nicole, retired Los Angeles Police Department Lieutenant Raymond Foster told RadarOnline.com: "He should absolutely be arrested for this.

Lt. Foster also says: "If the officers saw the video or if they'd had the benefit of seeing the video, I think you have felony battery.

"This guy is an animal."
