Why? Said a homeowner from the ’hood: “Charlie may be a big TV star, but he’s not the type of neighbor we want here. We’re all sick and tired of the stream of people coming and going from his house at all hours of the day…helicopters circling our houses…and dodging photographers and media every time we pass through our gates. ENOUGH!”
