DATELINE: OSLO – PFC. BRADLEY MANNING who passed top secrets deets to WikiLeaks is up for a Nobel Peace Prize!

Nobel Peace Prize jury spokesman revealed that says 231 nominations have been submitted for the award, with publicly disclosed candidates including the U.S. soldier accused of leaking classified material to WikiLeaks.

The hush-hush selection committee doesn't reveal who has been nominated, but those judges with nominating rights oftentimes announce their picks — regardless.

They include Manning, the U.S. Army private charged with the biggest leak of classified information in U.S. history to Julian Assange’s WikiLeaks, a Russian human rights activist and a former Ukrainian Prime Minister.

A Norwegian Nobel Committee secretary told media that "The list of nominees is a mixture of repeated nominations and some new names."

Previous Peace Prize winner Barack Obama is NOT among the new nominees.

POP FYI: Chemist Alfred Nobel, for whom the peace prize is named for, invented dynamite. Explosive, dude!
