Whitney Houston was awarded custody of her 14-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, by a California judge on Wednesday. The judge ruled Houston’s divorce to Bobby Brown would become final on April 24.
Brown was not at the hearing in which Houston testified she did not need spousal or child support. According to the Associated Press, Whitney told the judge, “He’s unreliable. If he says he’s going to come, sometimes he does. Usually he doesn’t.”
Brown’s attorney, Ram Cogan, said he will seek to overturn the judge’s decision.
