Mel Brooks is set to release a new Broadway musical for his comedy, “Young Frankenstein.”
Though the story is a comedy-classic, “Young Frankenstein’s" ticket prices have nobody laughing.
According to the NY Post Brooks is charging $450 a seat for a weekend performance, a record high. Premium rate tickets are said to be $375 and weekday show prices range from $350-$275.
Ticket brokers who buy tickets in advance to resell them at higher prices are concerned they will lose money if their customers decide not to pay such high prices.
