The bombshell affidavits allegedly reveal that millionaire businessman Jeff Prescott, 51, harassed his ex-wife and attacked her in a fit of rage.
His estranged ex, Michelle Jones, 53, spoke out about Prescott’s irrational behavior during the couple’s nasty split.
An attempted Jan. 19, 2006 reconciliation meeting even turned into a violent argument inside Michelle’s hotel room.
“He put both hands around my neck and told me, ‘I will f—ing kill you,’” she swore in a Feb. 21, 2006 affidavit obtained by The ENQUIRER.
Kate, 39, endured her own bitter split with husband Jon, who was her co-star in the reality show, “Jon & Kate Plus 8.”
Prescott’s breakup, however, has been littered with claims and counterclaims that he violated the court agreements.
The divorced dad of three was found in contempt several times for failing to pay medical expenses, in addition to missing child support payments.
