Victoria Principal‘s 21-year marriage has collapsed — and the former Dallas star has moved out of the $4 million Beverly Hills home she shared with her husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Harry Glassman, The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively.
A close friend told The ENQUIRER: “Victoria doesn’t want her marriage to end like this, but she had no other choice than to move out of the house a few weeks ago.
“On top of that, she has to continue taking medications and undergo treatments for her blood disease.”
Last year, The ENQUIRER reported that the 56-year-old beauty had to cut back on promotional work for her skin care and makeup companies following treatment for Intravascular Hypercoagulation, a potentially life threatening disease that causes the blood to clot to much.
That followed a December 2002 incident when Victoria called 911 to the couple’s home after Glassman roughed her up, according to a published report.
Glassman, now 62, was charged with inflicting “corporal injury” and was locked up until he posted a $50,000 bond.
The District Attorney’s office decided to drop the case.
Meanwhile, the source close to Victoria claimed she’s now hired “24-hour security to keep Glassman away from her.”
When contacted by The ENQUIRER, her spokesman had no comment.
