Valerie Bertinelli is heading back to television! The former star of One Day at a Time has signed a deal to develop a syndicated talk show.
“I’ve been talking to Paramount about doing my own talk show,” Bertinelli says in the April issue of Ladies’ Home Journal. A spokesman for CBS TV Distribution confirmed Bertinelli’s plans.
Valerie, who has been making the talk show rounds to promote her autobiography Losing It says her guest appearances are good practice. “[The Rachael Ray show] is a way of testing me out, to see if I’m comfortable with this format,” Bertinelli tells Ladies’ Home Journal.
