UPDATE: NO MORE ARREST WARRANT FOR LILO

description

Lindsay Lohan is no longer wanted for arrest! Lilo’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, went to court Monday morning to take care of the warrant that was issued Friday in connection with her 2007 DUI conviction.

The warrant has now been recalled and Lohan will enroll in a new alcohol education program. Judge Marsha Revel said, “I’ve seen additional proof … that Lohan has been compliant with [her] program. There is no indication of dirty [drug] tests.”

Lohan was not in court for the hearing Monday. She must show proof of enrollment by April 3.

A $50,000 warrant was issued Friday by the Beverly Hills Superior Court but Police Lieutenant Mark Rosen said they were “not actively trying to serve the warrant.”

Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said there had been a misunderstanding and that the Mean Girls star “has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the Court.”
