Lindsay Lohan has entered Promises rehab facility after a hard-partying holiday weekend, according to TMZ.com. Lohan was driven to Promises rehab facility on Tuesday by her lawyer. Lindsay is expected to remain a Promises resident for at least 30 days.
Lohan was arrested for DUI early Saturday morning after crashing her car in Beverly Hills. The Georgia Rule star was then photographed less then 48-hours later slumped over after a night of partying at Teddy’s.
