Janet Jackson released from hospital –cause still unknown.
According to her publicist the 42 year old Jackson fell "suddenly ill" during her sound check in Montréal and was taken to the ER prior to show time.
In a statement released by W&W Public Relations Jackson is being monitored overnight and hopes to reschedule the Montreal gig.
Last Friday Jackson canceled her Detroit concert because of "production constraints."
The singer recently left her label Def Jam after 14 months.
