On Tuesday, April 10, the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith‘s baby is expacted to finally be revealed. Larry Birkhead an Howard K. Stern will be in court in the Bahamas to hear if Larry’s DNA matches baby Dannielynn’s.
If Birkhead is determined to be the biological father, Stern will not fight him on custody, according to TMZ. “Howard will act in Dannielynn’s best interest, because he loves her and would want a smooth transition to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have been with her since birth,” a source told TMZ.
Birkhead is also denying reports that he has hired a wrongful death lawyer. “I have not hired or consulted anyone to represent me in a wrongful death suit,” Birhead wrote on his Web site. “That accusation is totally false. The individual that started reporting this ‘fact’ didn’t take the time to contact me or my attorneys to find out the truth. I have not even thought that far as of yet. Paternity first. Everything else next.”
