description

Jonathan Rhys Meyers drunken Parisian slug fest.

Meyers is due to appear in a Parisian court in September to face accusations he punched out a waiter during a drunken fracas at a French airport.

The Tudors hunk who plays King Henry VIII was cuffed by French cops  at Charles DeGaulle airport in Paris, France on Saturday after he allegedly slugged the man, challenging police to brawl.

Meyers reportedly threw wads of Euros at the officials, bragging of his wealth ranting, "You wanna hit me? Hit me!"

After a few hours of cooling his heels in a Paris cell, he was released from custody.

According to French news sources, Meyers will have to answer to charges of "willful violence, outrage, hitting and threatening death".

Meyers who has a history of boozy problems was previously arrested in 2007 and charged in a similar melee at a Dublin airport. All charges were later dropped.

Sometimes it’s goof to be the king.
