LATEST: Travolta named as witness - extort document revealed!
Bahamas police investigators have divulged the mystery doc is authorization to transport Jett Travolta for emergency treatment.
According to The Nassau Guardian, it's a "refusal to transport" document.
The local tab quotes Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police Marvin Dames, that the document "is signed by a party when refusing, for example, emergency medical services from trained personnel."
It is believed John had an issue with his wife Kelly Preston where Jett was to be taken for emergency care.
It is unknown at this juncture why the blackmailers thought this document to be worth $25 million.
