TOM CRUISE and KATIE HOLMES have split as Katie files for divorce in New York!
Hollywood's top couple have been married since November 2006 and have one daughter together, Suri, 6.
Holmes' attorney announced the news of her secret divorce filing in New York on Friday saying, "This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family.
"Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."
The Cruise camp released a statement saying, "Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy to work this out."
Tom has two adopted children from his previous marriage to Nicole Kidman — Connor and Isabella.
