Angry net furious at losing bread and butter series is suing Jon Gosselin for breach of contract.
The lawsuit filed today in Maryland claims the Hawaiian Eye for the Ladies hasn’t met his contractual obligation as star of the soon-to-be canceled Jon & Kate Plus 8.
The suit charges that the obligations of the contract were that Jon was an EXCLUSIVE employee yet appeared on numerous other programs and gave interviews to glam mags for pay, as well as made unauthorized disclosures about the show aka "spoilers".
"This guy’s out of control – he was out there EVERYWHERE but on TLC," a network insider divulged.
According to reports, TLC had tried to work out an amicable work schedule with the Octo-Pop which Jon ignored.
Recently Jon was booted from the show and that it would be just Kate Plus 8 but after warring with the net over the consequences of filming children it’s been in ratings jeopardy
According to sources, the show will be finally canceled leaving both Jon and Kate out of work with no income for the kids. Nice parenting, guys.
