Reportedly, TIGER WOODS’ mistress RACHEL UCHITEL has returned most of the pay-off the golfer slipped her to keep her gums shut –but now SHE’S AT WAR with her own lawyer GLORIA ALLRED.
After allegedly violating her confidentiality agreement with Tiger in the wake of his cheating scandal that the ENQUIRER first exposed in a bombshell world exclusive and is now battling her own lawyer Gloria Allred over making that decision.
According to reports, Allred originally negotiated an $8 million settlement with Team Tiger legal kingpin on behalf of Uchitel.As part of the settlement, Uchitel signed a confidentiality agreement which prohibited her from talking about Woods.
Tiger Woods' lawyer contacted Gloria Allred a few months ago and said they were pursuing legal action because they believed she violated the “zipped-mouth” agreement.Uchitel insists that she never broke the agreement.
While appearing on "Celebrity Rehab", Uchitel admitted she was “addicted to love” but did not mention Tiger by name.
Gloria Allred has now issued this statement, "Our law firm no longer represents Ms. Uchitel and we have no comment on this story at this time. However, we are confident that we have always acted appropriately and in her best interests."
When contacted by media, Uchitel’s reps and Tiger’s legal team have yet to comment.
