Forget the walk of shame - Tiger Woods leapt to the jet of shame, fleeing Florida with embattled wife Elin and their kids in tow!

After Tiger-Bot made his canned "Mea Culpa" heard 'round the world on Friday, much to the vocal hilarity of  mistresses past and media pundits, the disgraced golfer suddenly dropped out of sight.

Yet he didn't jet to resume his Gentle Path rehab, as expected, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

RadarOnline.com reports Tiger and clan deplaned in Scottsdale, Arizona, surrounded by a phalanx of security to insure Tiger's family quality time would not be interrupted as he enters a facility there.

"Tiger wants time with his family and he wants Elin to be part of his recovery," a close source said.

"He knows it's a long road to getting her to trust him at all again but he's taking it one step at a time."
