Tiger and Elin were spotted kissing on Monday since the sexual scandal erupted in a bombshell National ENQUIRER world exclusive, RadarOnline.com reports.

"They were hugging and they were kissing right out in the open," an eyewitness in their Orlando-area neighborhood said.

"Elin is certainly a lot more relaxed these days and so is he."
