Sex swap model Ava Sabrina London endured 18 grueling procedures that cost $50,000 to transform herself into the “woman” who seduced Hank Baskett into cheating on his wife, Kendra Wilkinson, The National ENQUIRER has learned.

As The ENQUIRER recently revealed in a blockbuster exclusive, the former NFL player, 31, paid the transsexual beauty $400 for a wild sex romp, then slipped her $2,000 in hush money – and offered her a further $5,000 to keep quiet about their sleazy affair.

Now The ENQUIRER has obtained exclusive photos of Ava’s transition from male to female, and she detailed her journey in a no-holds-barred interview.

“I always wished I was born a girl,” Ava – a 25-year-old You- Tube video model – dished to The ENQUIRER.

“Everything I did to my sister, I did to myself. I did her makeup, her hair, styled her. I wished I was my sister. But I never thought I’d transition,” she added.

But by the summer of 2011, Ava – named “Paul” at birth in Modesto, Calif. – decided to go for it.

She dropped out of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco and moved to L.A. to start her dedicated transformation.

Her ex-boyfriend picked up the tab for her gender bending, which began with hormone therapy.

She got DD breast implants in October 2011, then went through rhinoplasty surgeries, a chin shave and a “feather lift” – a type of facelift. In May 2012,

Ava feminized her face with more operations, including a brow bone contour, hairline reduction, pulling back of her eyes and a third nose job.

The transsexual stunner followed that with liposuction on her abs and lower back, plus eight sessions of silicone injections in her hips and buttocks to make her figure curvier

. To soften her masculine features, Ava also underwent a full-body laser treatment. She’s had two more feather lifts, and every six months she gets Botox and Juvederm injections.

But Ava – now a pillow- lipped knockout with a lush brunette mane and killer figure – admits her fierce transformation came at a hefty price.

“It was scary because I didn’t want to just get breasts and be a guy with breasts,” she explained.

“But I don’t regret anything.” As for completing the transition with genital reconstruction, Ava says that may come in time.

“I’ve thought about it, but it’s not on my to- do list anytime soon,” she added. “I think I’m pretty much done for now.”
