FOUR years after Patrick Swayze’s tragic death, his widow is living with her wealthy new love – and a pal predicts they’ll tie the knot.
Beautiful blonde Lisa Niemi, 57, bought a $400,000 oceanfront condo in Boca Raton, Fla., recently to be near her jeweler beau Albert DePrisco, 58, but sources say the two are together nearly 24/7 and spend most nights at his penthouse in nearby Deerfield Beach.
“Lisa rarely spends time at her own condo,” revealed a close family friend.
“She says it feels like she and Albert are already married, but it’s taken her a long time to get to this point.”
As The ENQUIRER has reported, Lisa – who’d been married to “Dirty Dancing” star Swayze for 34 years – and Albert were introduced by mutual friends in early 2012 and hit it off immediately. The two commuted between coasts to be together – with Lisa, a licensed pilot, even flying her Beechcraft twin-engine plane to south Florida.
Lisa still owns the California ranch she shared with her beloved husband, and “for a long time, she felt guilty for wanting to have fun again because she thought she’d be betraying Patrick,” said the source.
“Finally, Lisa said that one day she felt a warm, soothing presence come over her, like Patrick’s spirit was giving her his blessing.” After that, Lisa realized it was OK to move on, said the source.
“With Albert, Lisa is happier than she’s been in a long time,” added the source, “and she feels that marriage is in her future.”
