SUPREME COURT REEXAMINES JANET WARDROBE MALFUNCTION

The Supreme Court of the United States of America wastes more taxpayers money to question itself on its ruling in favor of CBS in the notorious Janet Jackson Super Bowl debacle.
The high court told 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia to think about reinstating the $550,000 fine that the FCC imposed on CBS to pay over Janet Jackson's accidental breast-baring performance by Justin Timberlake halftime at Super Bowl from 2004.
The appellate court stated the offending incident lasted all of nine-sixteenths of one second and should be considered as "fleeting."
Last year the appeals court threw out the fine against CBS.
Meanwhile the FCC appealed to a much higher court that specializes in momentary mammary exposure on national TV - the Supreme Court.
The case had been hold while the Chief Justices debated a legal challenge spearheaded by Fox against the FCC policy on hurling fleeting expletives.
"The Seven Words You Can't Say on TV" comic/prophet George Carlin is undoubtedly rolling over in his grave.
