Boozy Olympic gold winner SHAUN WHITE aka "The Flying Tomato" busted in Nashville for public vandalism and intoxication.

Nashville cops responded to the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, where White was a guest, at 2 a.m. after an intoxicated man, allegedly White, pulled a fire alarm in the hotel causing all guests to evacuate.

A hotel employee told cops he saw White destroy a hotel phone.

According to reports, White, 26, then tried to flee the scene by cab when the driver was informed that police were being called.

Allegedly White then kicked the tattle tale and ran off. White was followed until he “fell” backwards, smashing his head against a fence.

White was transported to a local hospital where he was treated and then released on his own recognizance.

Responding officers said that White reeked of booze.

Arrest warrants charging White with vandalism and public intoxication were then issued after the stewed tomato declined to sign off on the misdemeanor charges.
