STAR WARS STAR ZAPPED

Princess Leia herself, Carrie Fisher, says electro shock therapy really works  — miracles!

After years of battling depression, the 2nd gen star of Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher, wrestled with multiple addictions – booze, illegal and prescription drugs as well.

Finally she took the advice of docs who said electro shock therapy was the way to go.

"I didn’t want to do it for years," the Star Wars star confessed.

"They wanted me to do it because I was in a depression which was medication proof.

"You don’t have a convulsion anymore, so it should just be called electro therapy.

"But it worked so well, I highly recommend it, even if you don’t need it!" she enthused.

Carrie previously chronicled her struggle in best selling book and film Postcards from the Edge.
