Chat fest "The View" announced that Star will make a guest shot Feb. 22 to promo a campaign about the silent killer– heart disease among women.
As ENQUIRER readers may recall Star and Babs had a MAJOR falling out back in 2006 when Star, who was one of the five original co-hosts of the AM chatty cathy, ankled the show rather abruptly.
The Alphabet Net said they had decided not to renew Star’s contract and then she shocked Walters by announcing she would be leaving the show.
As Star’s departure was announced sooner than later, a livid Walters wouldn't allow her back on the show the next day.
The ENQUIRER reported previously Walters had said that Star forced her chat mates to lie for her by not revealing that Jones had undergone gastric bypass surgery while on "The View."
Jones fired her own nasty salvos, blasting Babs for writing a no-holds-barred tell-all that revealed details of Walters' illicit affair.
Ironically, both underwent open heart surgery to repair faulty heart valves within two months of each other in 2010.
