SOUL ON ICE: JAMES BROWN DNA TEST

description

The six year-old son of a woman who claims to be James Brown‘s widow, has been ordered to take a DNA test.

Trustees of the soul singer’s estate doubt that James Brown II is actually the Son of the Godfather of Soul  — despite mom Tomi Razae Hynie’s assertions.

Peter Shadid, the court-appointed Brown II attorney, said that the boy has been collecting social security and insurance benefits since Brown died.

"Clearly, James Brown has held up this child to be his son," Shadid stated in court.

South Carolina Judge Jack Early still ordered the paternity test.

The future – and worth – of the Brown estate has been in chaos since  the singer’s demise Christmas Day, 2006.
