Shia LaBeouf was arrested in Chicago over the weekend after he refused to leave a Walgreens drugstore. He has been charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. A security guard allegedly told LaBeouf that he needed to leave because he appeared to be drunk, police said, but the Transformers star refused. Cops came and arrested LaBeouf, whom a spokesperson called “very courteous and polite.” Police said he posted bond in an unspecified amount. He is scheduled to appear in Cook County court on Nov. 28. A sobriety test was not administered because LaBeouf was not driving a vehicle, police said.
