Sleaze King CHARLIE SHEEN blindsides wife BROOKE MUELLER with a sudden divorce filling after his Manhattan coke, booze, porn star trifecta.
RadarOnline,com reports that the filing came as a surprise to Brooke Mueller, who had been separated from the Three and a Half Men star since his Colorado coke and booze fueled attack on his wife that landed him back in rehab and another go-round on probation.
Though the couple spoke about their divorce on Sunday, the actor’s filing was not discussed.
"She called Charlie yesterday and told him it was over," a friend close to the family revealed.
Brooke was planning on filing for divorce on Monday herself but once Sheen got wind of it, he filed first.
In fact, Sheen’s filing was so unexpected that Mueller learned of it after she landed in Florida on Monday afternoon.
"Charlie went and filed while she was on the plane flying to see her parents in Palm Beach," the friend revealed.
"She found out the news when she landed and immediately called her attorney."
She wants custody of the couple’s twins.
