SHEEN ARREST UPDATE: 911 CALL RELEASED

New details are emerging about the scuffle that led to Charlie Sheen's Christmas arrest following an alleged domestic violence incident. The 911 call from Charlie's wife, Brooke Mueller, was released Monday and on it Brooke tells the dispatcher Charlie threatened her with a knife.

According to a report from RadarOnline.com, things came to a head when Brooke told Charlie she wanted a divorce. Despite having sober chaperones, the couple had both consumed alcohol while spending the holiday in Aspen, Colo.

Charlie was arrested on suspicion of second degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief in connection with a domestic violence incident. He posted $8,500 bail and has been ordered to appear in court in February, 2010. The Two and a Half Men star faces up to eight years in jail if convicted.
